Once your order is confirmed by telephone, it is packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse. The courier will deliver to the address you provided.
Payment is made directly to the courier on delivery - cash or card. If you are not at home, the courier will attempt a redelivery or leave a card with collection options.
If you need to cancel before the parcel is dispatched, simply let us know during the confirmation call or contact us by email.
