14-Day Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive the parcel - without giving any reason. This right applies to all orders placed through this website.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned pack must be:

  • Unopened and in its original, undamaged sealed packaging
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of receipt

Please note: In accordance with consumer regulations applicable to food products, EndaNord packs that have been opened and whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. This is a lawful exception under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(b), which excludes sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within the 14-day window by email at info@christosverros.gr or by telephone on +44 20 3947 5812 (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00).
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and an address.
  3. Send the sealed, unopened pack to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, where we will cover return costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Since payment was made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are made by bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when contacting us to initiate your return.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before it is dispatched. Contact us during the telephone confirmation call, or by email at any time before dispatch. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may decline to accept delivery from the courier - in which case the order will be treated as cancelled.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
